Ahoj VKV příznivci a závodníci,

přeposílám informaci od Jacques o průzkumu názorů na vyhodnocování VHF 
závodů pořádaných IARU R1. Jde celkem o 35 otázek v angličtině, ale myslím 
si, že tomu budete rozumět. Pokud byste měli s nějakou otázkou problémy, 
napište mi a já se vám to pokusím vyjasnit. Na odpovědi je čas do konce 
listopadu.

Hello,

Like you know already we have a new contest working group who is responsible
for organizing the future IARU-R1 contests.

They want to know not only the opinion of the contester or the contest teams
who send his log to the robot or to the national contest manager; but also 
from the hams who are “giving points” and do not send their log.

This is very important to improve the activity on our bands, so it would be 
good that as many people as possible answer this survey.
